Open website of Qualcomm’ s case system
Open https://support-qualcomm.force.com/s/case/Case/Default, and log in.
Create a new case
Click “new” button.
Select your case type and click “next”.
Input case information
Fill in the relevant information to describe your problem. Then click “Save”.
